Apple Symposium 2022
Please mark your calendars for Friday, December 2, 2022! We will be hosting our 4th annual Apple Symposium at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History in the Paleo Hall from 3-6pm. We are pleased to have John Bunker from the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (author of Apples and the Art of Detection) as our keynote speaker this year. We have a few times available for community members to meet with John the morning of the symposium. Please contact Amy if you are interested in scheduling a time! Be sure to register soon as we are limited to 60 in-person attendees. We will have a zoom link available for those unable to attend in person.
