Join us for our 6th Apple Blitz on Saturday, October 19, from 8-11am! We will be meeting at the Jay Road Demonstration Orchard we planted in May 2023 in cooperation with Boulder OSMP. Help us get the young trees ready for the winter months as we reapply a coat of kaolin clay “paint”, affix tree guards, plant bulbs to help deter the voles (they are persistent!), and do some general weeding. Once again, we will work in teams with student leaders who can help describe the understory vegetation we have planted beneath many of the trees.
